Which city market should I start with?

Start in the city where you can hold the phone. Karachi buyers use Star City Mall, Amma Tower and Al Najeebi Tower around Abdullah Haroon Road. Lahore buyers use Hafeez Centre on Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, then Hall Road if they still need a part or a second quote. Islamabad buyers use Blue Area, G-9 Markaz (Karachi Company) and Jinnah Super in F-7. Rawalpindi buyers use Singapore Plaza on Bank Road, Saddar.

What is the difference between a market shop and an authorized dealer?

Most counters in these markets are traders. An authorized Apple or Samsung dealer is a shop the brand, or the brand's distributor, will stand behind. Pakistan does not have an Apple Store.
